We made a few different sausages on 11/30! It was fun getting to use the grinder and sausage stuffer and definitely made things a lot easier and the process faster. I am not posting as many detailed pics in order to have enough
“memory space” on this website. If you want more details of the process just let me know! First it was grinding the meat, then seasoning it, mixing it, putting it in sausage stuffer, stuffing it into hog casings, and either putting away or eating right away.
