This was one of the most delicious meals we made. The hocks totally fell apart, the skin was amazing, the flavor was perfect, and the cornbread with honey tasted like heaven. It was the easiest meal to make and the most delicious. We topped it with a light coleslaw that had red cabbage, carrots, parsley (we didn’t have cilantro), ginger, and lemon. I didnt get a picture before we got into it. I forgot and it was too good.
