Week 1-3:Waiting for the mushrooms to arrive

Week 4:The substrate seems to already be growing fungi in the most peculiar places but its pinning really nicely.

Week 5: The growth has been phenomenal and there’s no sign of any type of contaminants in the substrate. Should be able to cultivate soon so I can cook with them.

week 6: I cultivated the mushrooms on Monday and used them in a pasta. I sautéed them along with onions to put in a pesto pasta dish I sadly didnt get photos of.

week 7: The beginning of my second batch of pink oysters has started very slowly. Mostly just pinning along with growing new pins on the right side I am able to take out.

week 8: They’ve grown more mature but not enough for me to cultivate them yet.

week 9: I left for the weekend and came back to them being too grown but im now just starting over for my third batch of pink oysters

week 10: They have started pinning again but change in weather has made them start growing at a more rapid pace but I wont be able to cultivate till next week or two
