Week 1-3: Waiting for the mushrooms to arrive

Week 4: At the end of the week the blue oysters had already started pinning and growing the mushrooms.

Week 5: The Blue oysters seem to be the fast growing type of fungi I have. They started pinning beautifully and the growth happened within a few days. I cant wait to use them for cooking.

Week 6-7: The growth of these have been more than amazing! hopefully ill cultivate them next week or in a couple days

Week 8-10: Theres a new batch starting to grow and growing fast. Ill post photos soon of the cultivated stuff.
