Week 1-3: Waiting for the mushrooms to arrive

Week 4: The substrate started pinning in multiple different spots and were all growing in the direction of the sun. I had to keep moving the bag of substrate and fungi so it wouldnt just grow in one spot

Week 5: The mushrooms are shooting off and growing beautifully. They should be ready to cultivate during week 7 or 8(or at least that’s what I’m projecting)

Week 6: They have started growing up rather than to the side because they were growing towards the sun (heat source). They are not yet ready to cultivate but they are making amazing progress

Week 7-9: Im getting to the stage of cultivating soon but im going to wait so they can grow and be more full.

Week 10: Cultivation week! these are probably the ones im most excited about doing things with because they have just grown so beautifully. I have no clue what im going to cook them in yet but I think I want it to be in a stirfry or something along those lines
