Program of Project Description
Narrative: For this small project, entitled From Green Bean to Coffee Cup, the student will focus on the roasting process of coffee. The student will research the different stages of roasting, along with the different equipment that can be used in the roasting process. The student will then learn how to taste, describe, and evaluate coffee through cuppings of locally roasted coffees.
