Although I have added the foundation of the work that I will be doing within the ILC page, I did want to go into more detail about what I am attempting to accomplish through this project, and where I hope to see this go over the next few years.
This ILC is definitely two tiered and can be broken down into work that will be done within the Community Garden space at Evergreen, and work that will be done in within the Evergreen Organic Farm space; both projects have similar big picture goals but will drastically differ in the logistical/bureaucratic planning and maneuvering as both spaces are managed by different factions of Evergreen. A large part of the time and effort that I will be putting into this project will be dedicated to clearly communicating with all interested parties and keeping clear records that can be passed on to anyone that may want to ‘carry the torch’ after I have graduated and moved on!
