Learn the basic skills and process involved in planning a project and putting it into motion using real world applications, while expanding my knowledge of composting and composting processes.	-Design and implement “Compost the Future” business idea on campus. -Conduct research on how marketable compost is created, while collaborating with Steve Scheuerell about compost and legalities involved with creating the project.
Further develop leadership skills and group-planning abilities while practicing distribution of work loads.	-Host a series of weekly meetings hosted for Project: New World every Friday from 3:00pm-5:00pm using Zoom. -Create and manage a Discord server to keep people in communication with each other and updated on current events/conversations.
Incorporate the use of social media skills into the expansion of a cause while practicing engagement and interaction with organizations and people.	-Create a series of weekly Instagram posts every Monday -Collaborate and communicate with my Instagram followers and organizations on Instagram.
