This week out sick so I spent some time finalizing my lesson plan for teaching students about horsetails. Michaela requested a half-sheet lesson plan to use to teach about why so many horsetails are growing in the Lydia Hawk garden. I have been teaching about the concept of weeds throughout this whole quarter and think it is an interesting concept to introduce to students.
