This is where our local buzz blog will go which will add additional info for more detailed calendar events. By adding this feature we hope to ddress issues concerning spillover from the large amounts of services available.
In the meantime it doubles as our social purpose page! Our non-profit, Community Hub, was created out of a passion for helping the community stay fed as well as from our desire to minimize homelessness by directing traffic to services already available in our local area. We will do this through our up to date online calendar of events, additional resources pages, physical calendars in metro areas and through a QR sticker campaign. All of these are intended to increase access for houseless individuals and those in need looking for solutions in Olympia. As a non-profit we pledge to use our funds to increase our integration with partners in the community and build our print materials. Any excess funds will be used in conjunction with partners to throw events for the homeless communities or to be divested to other non-profits in the area that share our mission.
