We are a recently formed non-profit made of Evergreen State College undergraduates. Our small team leads a dedicated effort to help link our community together. Our non-profit‘s activities will be focused on continually updating our events to be accurate as well as establishing long term connections with partners such as Intercity Transit, Food not Bombs, and other willing organizations (in development). Below are our reasons for starting this project.

Nathan, our Project Manager (Naters.Gonna.Nate): It is a goal of mine to work with reputable NGO and agencies of direct aid with the intent to bolster relations between them. In doing so, I aim to assist with these wonderful organizations in strengthening our collective abilities to address the needs of underserved populations in and around Olympia. It is a fundamental belief of mine that all humans have the right to a decent quality of life regardless of financial circumstances. Lacey, our Financial Executive (lacey): I want to be part of this non-profit to help make a difference in the homeless community and help others learn through spreading information in our community.

Zoey, our Marketing Manager (Zoey): I want to use art and eye-catching design to make helping others the norm, I’m excited to work with the Community Hub to get our community involved in helping the least fortunate among us.

Jacob, our Operations Manager (Jacobrc7): I want to be a part of a non-profit business that is able to create sustainable pathways for community health, as well as address multiple problems across healthcare, education, politics and community engagement. Specifically with this project I’m excited to address Olympia’s lacking response to our homeless communities.
