I had originally planned on cooking a meal and pair it with wines, but with my recent move and my mothers start of a move, neither of our house holds were prepared to be cooked in. I had then decided we could all go out for dinner and try a couple wines and that would be ok. Well the restaurant I wanted to go to&#8230;&#8230; they ended up being the place to be Saturday night. With a two plus hour wait list, we decided to move on. Many times they are stuffed with cheeses and meats.
