The student will also dig into the characteristics of the world of wine by doing wine tastings and comparisons and recording their findings. The student will also cook meals, everything from cheeses to meats to desserts, to pair with wines. The student\u00a0will survey the critical research needed to complete all parts of the project.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table alignfull is-style-stripes\"><table class=\"\"><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong>Learning objective<br> <\/strong><\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong>Activity<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Deliverable<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">&nbsp;I want to learn how suitable Wisconsin could be for the future wine industry.<\/td><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">&#8211;\u00a0I will look into the current and future soil structure, geography, and climate of Wisconsin to come to the conculsion if Wisconsin will be suitable for growing wine grapes.
