Week 1-3: Waiting for the mushrooms to arrive<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Week 4: The mycelium on the substrate is in the beginning stages and probably wont start to pin till week 6 or 7. Setting up the inoculation process was pretty easy due to it being one I can keep in the kitchen on a shelf.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Week 5: Not much change besides the mycelium expanding on the substrate of the bag<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Week 6-9: There has been an astonishing amount of growth and ill be able to cultivate it in week 10 along with a updated photo<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Week 10: I am cultivating this week and I’m so impressed by the growth over these past few weeks. I don’t exactly know what I’m going to be doing with it yet but I’m either going to be making veggie burgers or I’m going to attempt to dry it and use it as a powder to put in my tea for protein, potassium, and iron<\/p>\n\n\n\n
