I have started reading &#8220;Campus Food Movements and Community Service-Learning: Mobilizing Partnerships through the Good Food Challenge in Canada&#8221; by Charles Z. Levkoe, Simon Erlich, Sarah Archibald. I will have a longer summary next week but I am enjoying learning about the Planning for Change course at the University of Toronto. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I have been working on the 20-week plan for the greenhouse guide as well as example ILC projects that can be used as examples for both faculty and students.
