Last of the faculty lectures and talk of the module work.
Scholarly Ingredients – (01/06/22)
We were given the materials to start the scholarly ingredients work and I looked through the list of available chapters and I think I know which one I want to do but I am going to finish the intro to the companion to Food and Literature first.
Tasting Lab And Food Seminar – (01/05/22)
We looked over the syllabus again, talked about what books were needed for this portion of class and what the COVID safety procedures are for the in person tasting labs.
All Track Lecture – (01/04/22)
We listened to lectures from faculty and discussed the future of this module. I don’t plan to continue in this part of the class but the lectures are interesting.
Community Gardening – (01/03/22)
We reviewed the COVID-19 safety policy and looked over the syllabus. I’m really exited for class to get going, and to be on the farm next week!
