Total of 20 petri dishes.<\/li><li>Place equal sized filter paper pieces in the bottom of each petri dish. Each filter paper should cover the bottom surface area of each dish.   <\/li><li>Dampen each filter paper by pouring 1 Tablespoon of deionized H<sub>2<\/sub>0 in each petri dish. Swirl each dish so water is evenly coated and let sit to absorb for a few seconds.<\/li><li>Evenly place each seed group(s) in trays, making sure there is no overlapping. <\/li><li>Moisten specimens with 1 T DI water per petri dish &amp; record data every other day. <ol><li>Record code data for each sample every other day. Code description will be marked per seed and as percentages %  for each seed sample. <\/li><li><em>When radicle is present, <\/em>measure radicle length in mm &#8211; from the initial protrusion on the seed to the tip of the root. <\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2>Germination Chamber Data Collection <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Code for each petri dish sample.
