These mediums will include biographical books, fictional books, poetry, movies, television, and music, and each week the student will focus specifically on one medium, both reflecting on the examined works and when possible recreating their own version in that week&#8217;s style. These works will be shaped into a continuation of last quarter&#8217;s menu project. The student will also develop skills in communicating and teaching topics related to their ILC work via workshops taught to an undergraduate program on research questions and WordPress sites.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Learning objective<br> <\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Activity<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Deliverable<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>\u00a0To explore media and writings relating to food and personal history, geography, relationships, and development.\u00a0<\/td><td>\u00a0Each week I will explore the relationship between food and self using a variety of mediums.
