We are a recently formed non-profit<\/strong> made of Evergreen State College<\/strong> undergraduates. Our small team leads a dedicated effort to help link our community<\/strong> together. Our non-profit<\/strong>‘s activities will be focused on continually updating our events <\/strong>to be accurate as well as establishing long term connections<\/strong> with partners such as Intercity Transit, Food not Bombs, and other willing organizations (in development). Below are our reasons for starting this project. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Nathan, our Project Manager (Naters.Gonna.Nate): It is a goal of mine to work with reputable NGO and agencies of direct aid<\/em> with the intent to bolster relations between them. In doing so, I aim to assist with these wonderful organizations in strengthening our collective<\/em> abilities to address the needs of underserved populations in and around Olympia<\/em>. It is a fundamental belief of mine that all humans have the right to a decent quality of life regardless of financial circumstances. Through this project, I aim to bridge our current systems of inequality<\/em> with my core belief structures. Lacey, our Financial Executive (lacey): I want to be part of this non-profit to help make a difference in the homeless community<\/em> and help others learn through spreading information<\/em> in our community.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Zoey, our Marketing Manager (Zoey): I want to use art and eye-catching design<\/em> to make helping others the norm, I’m excited to work with the Community Hub<\/em> to get our community<\/em> involved in helping the least fortunate among us.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Jacob, our Operations Manager (Jacobrc7): I want to be a part of a non-profit<\/strong> business that is able to create sustainable pathways<\/em> for community health<\/em>, as well as address multiple problems across healthcare<\/em>, education<\/em>, politics<\/em> and community engagement<\/em>.
